The opening sequence to David Finchers 'se7en' is by far one of the most obsure openings in modern day cinema. Scatterd with enigma codes from the 'You bring me closer to god' line in the music to just the general action espicially the shaving of the finger tips. This opening makes in fairly obvious that the film belongs to the horror or thriller genre even without the rest of the movie. The god refrences in the opening sequence sudgest a religious motive which throws up alot of questions, we see god being cut out a dollar, the refrence in the song and a few other things.
